you must have an existing 'Internet on Demand' account at RGV
and know your login and password for that account.

What is This?

The time left feature RGV offers is for customers who have the 'Internet on Demand' account, which is an account that purchases time on an as needed basis. You can tell how many minutes they have left on that account.

NOTE: Internet on Demand accounts are no longer available. Those customers who have Internet on Demand accounts can keep those accounts as longs as they remain current and paid.

NOTE: Email accounts are not offered with IOD accounts. If you are checking a rockbridge.net address and using another provider for connection, your account can be charged $5 monthly for your email address or that email address can be eliminated.

NOTE: The Postini filtering service is not available with the Internet on Demand accounts.
